Children and Families
On Sundays at 10:30AM, children participate with their families in intergenerational songs and/or stories at the beginning of Koinonia’s Community Celebration.
Then from 10:45-11:30AM volunteers provide activities for children inspired by our spiritual curriculum called “A Joyful Path: A Spiritual Curriculum for Young Hearts and Minds” and a commitment to community service.
“A Joyful Path” offers stories, activities, and affirmations for children to practice:
One light shines through us all.
The light that was in Jesus shines in and around me.
My heart opens when I give thanks.
When I share, happiness grows.
Divine love flows through all creation.
The whole world is home and we are one family.
I can seek stillness with my super senses.
In stillness, I sense peace of spirit.
